The information we store will be accurate as supplied by you.
Your data will be used as correspondence data.Bryans Lock Services Ltd may contact you by post, phone or email to update you on the service required or to send quotations and invoices. The legal basis of processing correspondence data is the legitimate interest to perform the service requested by you from us.
Your data will be used as transaction data and will be used for financial records.The legal basis of this processing are the "Legal Obligations" to which Bryans Lock Services Ltd is subject. (currently storage of financial documentation is 6 years)
Bryans Lock Services Ltd may share your private data with third parties where the requirement includes the supply of Security Products (e.g. Keys) where the supplier will registers the product in your name.
Where your data is printed it will be stored in a locked container within our secure office.
Electronic data will be stored on our secure server and backed up onto a memory stick which will be in a locked safe within our secure office.
When your data is no longer required Bryans Lock Services Ltd will destroy the relevant data by deletion, shredding or incineration.
Bryans Lock Services understands the legal obligation to report a data breach to the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) in a maximum of 72 hours from the event.We will also inform every person affected by the data breach.
You have the right to be informed about why and on what basis this information is processed.
To obtain confirmation that your information is being processed and to obtain access to it and certain other information, by making a subject access request to which your request will be answered in a maximum of 7 days
To have data corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete
To have data erased if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was originally collected/processed, or if there are no overriding grounds for the processing (the right tobe forgotten).
